Your job
Are you looking for a working internship in which you play an active role in the Digital world? Do you want to do your internship on a subject directly relevant to the clients of Accenture Digital? Accenture Applied Intelligence offers full-time working internships and graduate internships for at least four months at our office in Amsterdam. This is a place where you will be challenged in combining business sense with technical skills!
What will you be doing? An internship in one of the following ‘Applied Intelligence chapters’. We will define the internship topic together with you. Feel free to propose a project!
DIGITAL SCIENCE & STRATEGY:
Within this awesome rockstar team, we work on new problem-solving solutions and methodologies like data modelling, analyses and interpretation. We apply various algorithms and techniques like deep learning and other machine learning techniques to create client value through insight generation and then turn these insights into action (e.g. build a recommender system, determine customer segments through clustering, create a text mining script for sentiment analysis). By bridging the gap between data analytics and business objectives, we can provide advice to our clients by translating analytics solutions into recommendations to achieve strategic goals and impact business results. Do you have sharp analytical capabilities combined with the ability to develop and transform concepts into pragmatic and innovative solutions, and do you know your way around through statistical modelling and machine learning to tackle business questions? VISUAL INTELLIGENCE & ANALYTICS:
As part of the Visual Intelligence & Analytics chapter, you help business deliver insight-driven outcomes in entirely new ways. We support our client to turn information into action by delivering technology-enabled user experiences that deliver business insights, creating action-oriented user experiences, embracing AI, design thinking, cloud, big data and legacy environments. We deliver and run the information strategy, architecture and user experience design that enable our clients to analyze that data for smarter decision making, actions and outcomes. We call this “user-centric” analytics, where the customer is at the heart of what we do. Do you have an interest in the best practices of data visualization, user interface and experience design? Do you want to use interactive analytics applications such as Qlik Sense, PowerBI and Tableau. Are you curious to learn data analysis, modelling and preparation techniques like Alteryx, Talent & Informatica? Then the Visual Intelligence & Analytics chapter is the place for you!
ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE:
As an Artificial Intelligence intern, you will be developing cognitive applications to solve business problems using leading AI technology frameworks. Do you get excited by the possibilities of Artificial Intelligence applications such as NLP, Artificial general intelligence and machine learning, and can you apply this knowledge in a practical context? Do you want to work hands on to develop innovative concepts and applications of AI and build prototypes on how the solutions would work? Then there might be a perfect match with the Artificial Intelligence Chapter. Minimum skills: knowledge of programming languages (preferably Python), high level of data fluency and knowledge of building AI use cases (including but not limited to Machine Learning algorithms).
A specific project we’re recruiting for is Video Analytics. You will work on Accenture’s proprietary video analytics solution and combining Artificial Intelligence Techniques with application development to create business value. If all goes well, you have a chance to present this to a client! Skills needed: Java/Python/JavaScript, experience in MEAN stack and building RESTful web services.
BIG DATA & INTEGRATION:
Master data, data warehouses, data flows, stakeholder management and innovating data management. Do we have your attention? Are you interested in how data flows through an organization? Qualifications
Your background
- You are nearing completion of your studies at HBO or university and are searching for work experience within your field of interest with future growth possibilities.
- You have a demonstrable affinity and/or experience with trends and development in the fields of digital technologies and digital business
- You are a team player; you are professional and precise
- You speak fluent English and Dutch; both spoken and written
- You work independently, have a hands-on mentality and take responsibility
