You are part of the Recruiting and Human Capital team at Accenture Netherlands. I&D is a strategic priority within the organization. Within the program, we are constantly looking for optimization for the company and our culture. At Accenture Netherlands, I&D plays a significant role in employee engagement and commitment, so our staff feels involved in the organization. We achieve this by examining, enhancing and maintaining the satisfaction of our employees. You will be actively involved in our human capital policies and the activities around it. At the other hand, you will support different recruiting initiatives.
Your tasks are very diverse (it’s all in the name) and include, among others: leading projects for female colleagues, organizing events and workshops, continuously strengthening the I&D policy, set up internal and external communication content and building and maintaining a relationship with various stakeholders.

Place in the organization
In this internship, you will work with two departments, Talent Strategy (HR) and Recruitment. Inclusion and Diversity overall fall within Corporate Functions which is the backbone of Accenture. This includes all operational departments, such as Human Resources, Human Capital, Finance, Marketing, Legal, Procurement, IT and Facilities & Services.
- You are a Bachelor or Master student, preferably within the following study program: Human Resources, Psychology, Cultural Anthropology, Marketing, and Communications;
- You have an affinity with the subject of Inclusion & Diversity;
- You are a team player with excellent communication skills;
- Good planning and organizing skills;
- You are fluent in Dutch and English as well verbal and written;
- You can work proactively and independently.
