Your impact

As Inclusive Employment intern, you will support the Inclusive Employment program for our corporate social responsibility partner; de Normaalste Zaak masterclass, who enables jobs for people with disabilities in the Netherlands. In your role, you are responsible for organizing workshops for the Masterclass focusing on hiring people with disabilities, refugee talents and other diversity groups with a distance to the labor market. In addition, you will be organizing 1 or 2 network events for the Normaalste Zaak together with the Accenture team. For both projects, you will work with a motivated and energetic team and use your flexible mindset to cooperate while simultaneously taking your own responsibilities.

Corporate Functions supports and manages our organization’s activities by providing shared corporate services, such as Finance, HR and Recruitment, Legal, Procurement, Facilities & Services, and Marketing & Communications

Your background

We are looking for enthusiastic bachelor or master students who get energy from collaborating with others to make ideas a reality and optimize existing initiatives. You can verbally and textually express yourself, in both Dutch and English. Dutch is required for ‘de Normaalste Zaak’ masterclass workshops. In addition, you have experience in project management, organizing events or workshops and have an affinity for making a social impact and are motivated to work on topics related to inclusion and purpose. You thrive in a flexible, fast-paced environment, like to challenge yourself and you keep learning.
