The Dutch HCMS team of Accenture focuses on the implementations of SAP SuccessFactors, the leader in cloud-based Human Capital Management (HCM) software for talent management, core HR, and HR analytics, within global organizations based in The Netherlands. Accenture is global the leader in implementing SAP SuccessFactors.
One of the big differentiators of SAP SuccessFactors is it’s extensibility. With SAP SuccessFactors you can extend your standard solution and best practices with custom apps and your own practices. Those apps are built on top of SAP SuccessFactors and can be sold in the SAP SuccessFactors App Center, which is an open hub providing a directory of partner software offerings that are connected with the SAP SuccessFactors suite.
We are looking for an intern that is able to research for market opportunities for SAP SuccessFactors apps that are supported by innovation through AI (think of Smart speakers like Amazon Echo and Google Home, Voice command assistants like Microsoft Cortana, Google Assistant, Amazon Alexa and Apple Siri and bots like Slack). The ultimate goal is to develop one of the apps into a Proof of Concept, so you will be asked to do the research, execute an app selection and lead the development of it. To be able to do this research you at least need to understand the app world, talk with SAP and customers and Accenture’s consultants of SAP SuccessFactors.

Are you the perfect candidate?
We are looking for enthusiastic students with IT & HR affinity. We ask the following:
• You are interested in AI and HR and willing to learn the SuccessFactors.
• You have some experience with (managing) the build of an app;
• You can work independently (with remote guidance);
• You are fluent English and Dutch, both verbal and written;
• You have a pro-active attitude and a creative mind.
