We see a lot of our clients move to cloud solutions. Looking at HR, we see a high demand on the HR (and Finance) SAAS solution called Workday. There is a lot of information out there that informs clients why to choose such a HR cloud solution as Workday. We also explain clients why to use Workday. So, before implementing this software the expectations are set. Next to that we also experience the role or HR is changing. This role is especially changing when Workday has been implemented. Besides, there must be a lot of theoretical information about the HR role nowadays where we don’t be aware of.

You will have the unique opportunity to research what the actual benefits are of such a HR cloud solution implementation, after Workday has been implemented. Based on our experience/assumptions most benefits will be met (however we don’t know for sure) and the role of HR is indeed changing, but if it’s changing to being a more strategic business partner, we don’t know. That’s up to you to investigate.

Once a project has been completed, our consultants generally move on to the next project with a support team that remains at the client side. So, we don’t know exactly what the outcome was of the tool that we have implemented. By using your analytical skills, you will assess the operational efficiencies Workday has brought in and the impact on the client’s organization.

Basic qualifications

Your background
We are looking for enthusiastic, pro-active students in their final year of a bachelor or Master, preferably in a specialization in the area of HRM, Informatics or Business Administration. You are a team player with excellent communication skills to be working in a diverse team of motivated colleagues. In addition, you’re fluent in Dutch and English, both spoken and written, and are eager to deep dive into Workday HCM.
