WHAT YOU'LL DO

As a Recruiting Intern within the Regional Recruiting Team, you will be a core member of our team that works with all our recruiting teams in Europe, Middle East, Africa and South America to attract and recruit the best talent for BCG. Our Regional Recruiting Team is dedicated to driving the recruiting strategic agenda on regional level, defining and investing in key projects and initiatives, and supporting local markets in their recruiting efforts, helping them professionalize practices. You will collaborate on challenging projects focusing on Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DE&I) to create inclusive, fair and attractive recruiting processes and initiatives in Europe, Africa, Middle East & South America.

You will support our DE&I Recruiting Team in developing and executing BCG’s strategy for attracting talent from different regions, working closely with offices and other regional recruiting teams. You will work on a series of initiatives, to increase BCG visibility as a leading employer of future talent. You will support event planning and execution, work on marketing and branding strategy and monitor the success of these activities. In doing so, you will build a support network of internal stakeholders across the regions. Furthermore, you will help develop new DE&I concepts and initiatives. You will also support and drive our internal unconscious bias campaigns, training and pilots in local offices, to mitigate the impact of bi as on the recruiting process.

YOU'RE GOOD AT

  • You have a passion for driving Diversity, Equity and Inclusion initiatives (in Recruiting) that make a difference
  • You thrive in a high paced environment and can catch-up quickly as – many times at BCG – things move very fast
  • You are flexible in your work: you can easily move between various topics (marketing analytics, project management, relationship building) and can change your approach to solving problems based on others’ input
  • You are not scared to look into problems which can be solved by collecting and analyzing data
  • You are service-minded, a good team-player and a people’s person as you will need to work with many people all over the world to move projects forward
  • You are a self-starter with a pro-active attitude and are excellent at prioritizing, time management and detail-oriented while having a hands-on attitude
YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)
  • Current student in The Netherlands, we’re open to many study backgrounds!
  • Previous DE&I project / Recruiting or HR analytics / Employer Branding experience is preferred but not required
  • Highly proficient oral and written English communication skills
