WHAT YOU'LL DO
Ready to discover the world of employer branding and recruiting events? Are you currently enrolled in university and looking for extensive recruiting, employer branding and events experience in a global business environment? If yes, then this 6 month internship might be the perfect opportunity for you.
Join our team to work alongside and support the Regional Recruiting events and Employer Branding team in marketing, organizing and implementing best in-class recruiting events, in virtual, hybrid or live formats for the EMEA region. You’ll be creating event marketing materials, coordinating social media marketing and applications, and getting involved in the logistical and technical set-up for our various international events. You’ll also enjoy interpreting numbers as you measure and analyse the success of our recruiting events and social media campaigns. As the point person across the region on any regional event related questions or requests, you’ll be our BCG brand ambassador, and also have the opportunity to collaborate with our recruiting teams in our European, South American, African and Middle East offices to ensure we attract the best possible talent to our events, and work on upcoming branding projects.

- Building relationships and working with people from various cultures is part of your DNA
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, or working on obtaining one of these
- Practical experience in a related field, preferably in recruiting, events, marketing, advertising, or social media
- A strong affinity for project management and data analysis to the table
- Microsoft Office proficiency, particularly in Excel and PowerPoint
- As a (near) native English speaker, you know how to communicate confidently and efficiently
