Job description
The G-Star RAW Corporate Responsibility (CR) department is looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic intern with a hands-on mentality, who feels at home in a dynamic environment. In this CR position, you are supporting the internal and external sustainability communication. You are available for around 6 months.
In this role you will get an insight in what it means if an international company highly values its responsibilities towards society and the environment. You will be part of the sustainability team and you will learn about the social and environmental challenges in supply chains that brands and retailers are dealing with on a daily basis.
Tasks and Responsibilities
- Support internal communications: to create & write & develop content for the internal communications channels
- Make sustainability news updates
- Write copy on CR related topics for website and other communication channels
- Support in sustainability updates of the website, newsletters and presentations
- Support in collecting data for the Made By Mode Tracker
Profile
- Final phase of bachelor or master studies in Sustainability and/or Communication
- High proficiency in English, preferably also in Dutch
- Proven writing skills and social media knowledge
- Strong interest in sustainability in the garment industry
- Advanced skills in MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel
- Residing in The Netherlands
