Job description
The G-Star RAW Corporate Responsibility (CR) department is looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic intern with a hands-on mentality, who feels at home in a dynamic environment. In this CR position, you are supporting all general CR roles and responsibilities from day to day tasks to international CR projects. You are available for around 6 months.
In this role you will get an insight in what it means if an international company highly values its responsibilities towards society and the environment. You will be part of the sustainability team and you will learn about the social and environmental challenges in supply chains that brands and retailers are dealing with on a daily basis.
Tasks and Responsibilities
- Conduct research on specific CR related topics
- Assist in implementing sustainable solutions
- Reporting on updates & developments of CR projects
- Assist in keeping sustainability monitoring systems up to date
- Support in the collection of sustainable material certificates
Profile
- Final phase of bachelor or master studies in Business Administration, Sustainability or Communication
- High proficiency in English, preferably also in Dutch
- Proven analytical and research skills
- Strong interest in sustainability in the garment industry
- Advanced skills in MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel
- Residing in The Netherlands
