Are you in the process of working towards a Master's degree and envision yourself part of a team providing millions of passengers worldwide with the ultimate travel experience? Wat ga je doen?
On average, about 60.000 passengers log into our websites and apps on a daily basis. Since they provide us with their personal details, it is our job to ensure that we keep all information private without hindering their use of our applications. Our mission is to always be one step ahead of cybercrimes. By using Java, API’s and OAuth2.0, we continuously look for new, impenetrable portals, such as social logins, persistent login and biometrics. As well as by redesigning our architecture to create runtime, innovation and autonomy within the team.
You will be working within the product security development team located at Schiphol-Rijk. In a diverse, international environment, you will find yourself learning new things every day. And because we need to ensure that our passengers are protected on a daily basis, we need to be extremely innovative and flexible. Aside from the six backend- and three frontend developers, working besides you as your direct colleagues, you will also be working with over fifty international and multidisciplinary teams consisting of analysts, business analysts and product owners. All working within a unique SAFe environment.
You are currently working toward a Master’s degree with a background in (information) technology. You are independent, curious and have an unruly drive for innovation. Your fascination with cyber security is visible not only in your curriculum but also by looking at your extracurricular activities. Since you’ll be working in an international environment with colleagues from various backgrounds, proficiency in English, written and spoken, is a must. The preferable start period is in September for 4-5 days a week.
What do we have to offer?
