Introduction
The opportunity to become a Platform Company is increasingly evident today. Thanks to the API, companies gain a new ability to connect to their customers by expanding their channels, innovating their offers, and improving engagement. With that trend in mind, Air France KLM started its open API journey in 2013, and today, we have a marketplace where internal and external consumers could explore, get access, and use our APIs. Moving forward, we must ease the partnership and API consumption processes for our customers and optimize internally. That’s why we are looking for an intern to help us in improving the current process.
