In the Pricing, Capacity, Contracting & Business Development team, we are responsible for a wide range of data driven activities, all supporting the commercial objectives of the Air France KLM Martinair Cargo Benelux market, and with the (potential) customer as the central focus. You will be supporting some of these projects, and executing some yourself. You can think of:
- Analyzing booking behavior and define opportunities to increase sales.
- Performing (innovative) analyses to understand customer behavior and translate into opportunities to improve our customer experience.
- Creating predictive models for retargeting customers.
- Building real-time dashboards to improve performance management.

Air France KLM Martinair Cargo is the air cargo business of the Air France KLM Group and offers a worldwide network from our two hubs, Paris Charles de Gaulle and Amsterdam Airport Schiphol.
Through the combined fleet of our airlines, we transport a wide variety of goods to all corners of the globe. We complement the large cargo capacity of our passenger fleet with our full freighter aircraft.
Pricing, Capacity, Contracting & Business Development (PCC&BD) is positioned within Cargo Sales & Distribution Benelux and located at Schiphol Centrum. The team consists of young data driven professionals with a passion to boost business.
You are a hands-on, motivated, independent, yet ambitious team player who wants to get relevant working experience while studying. When you hear Python, you do not think about a snake. Apart from speaking English (and preferably Dutch), it is a big advantage if you are already fluent in a programming language (like Python).
To sum it all up:
- University master student in Econometrics, Business Analytics, Computer Sciences or similar
- Proven analytical mindset
- Experience in applying statistical models
- Affinity with commercial activities
- Experience with programming
- Knowledge of Python, R and SQL is a big plus
- Accurate, proactive and independent way of working
- Available for at least 20 hours a week for a period of at least 12 months
