About the job
Your challenge
Air France KLM is transforming towards an Agile company. This change includes amongst others: adapting a new way of working, developing (hard) skills and a shift of the mind-set. You will be supporting some of the initiatives. You can think of:
- Supporting the communication campaign about the Agile Lean mind-set
- Improving the roles that are defined in Agile. For example we are working on improving the Scrum Master role by creating a support & training trajectory.
- Removing impediments that are hampering the Agile transformation.
Your team
Agile Lean at Heart is a team within the IT-Readiness program.
The goal of IT readiness is twofold:
- ensure that the IT organization is transformed towards agile
- ensure that the IT organization can fulfil the requests from the business
The role of Agile Lean at Heart in this transformation is to support the change with hard and soft skills.
You are a hands-on, motivated, ambitious team player who wants to get relevant working experience while studying. When you hear change, you get energized.
- University (WO) student in HR, Change management, Innovation Management, Marketing or similar
- Affinity with change and transformation
- Knowledge of Agile and preferably familiar with the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)
- Avaliable for 4-6 months
- 32-40hours per week
