Wat ga je doen?

The Sales Excellence Program is a development and change program for sales managers and their management that has been implemented 2 years ago at Air France KLM Cargo The aim of this program is to continuously improve the performance of our whole sales organization. To do so, we created a learning environment in which our sales professionals can grow professionally and learn to get the most out of their contacts with customers and colleagues. It is focused around three pillars: People, Processes and Tools. In 2019 AFKLMP Cargo developed workshops and trainings together with an external supplier (SalesGenetics), while in 2020 the program was expanded internally in view of the Corona crisis impact

To reach Sales Excellence, in 2019 our global Sales teams and their management including Executive leadership (around 300 colleagues) went through series of trainings and workshops to learn these concepts and techniques but also new tools that would help them provide the best experience to our customers in order to become a trusted advisor. 

As Project manager intern, your role will be to support the implementation and animation of the program, you will have a role in facilitating the further design and implementation of this change management program on several aspects:

  • Further implement the communication plan of the Program with Sales in particular through newsletter, streaming platform, webpage management. And give recommendations on how to improve in this perspective.
  • Develop and implement internal marketing strategies to ensure the visibility of the program
  • Support users in the use of the tools (Sales DNA) and be the Admin of the Sales DNA tool
  • Organize best practice sessions
  • Organize recognition program like Sales Awards
  • Report on usage of the Sales Excellence tools 
  • Provide support on all other projects related to the Sales Excellence Program
