What will you be doing?
- Build profiles for Mediq top suppliers (focused on top-15)
- Profiles to include:
- Organization structure
- Business mix
- Results – growth & profitability
- Strategy & any focus areas for growth
- Mediq view / experience (interviews with key Mediq team members)
- Working directly with EVP Sourcing
- At conclusion, opportunity for summary presentation to board
