Applications to this opportunity are considered for all available Sales & Account Management roles. Typical roles within the Sales / Account Management stream are: Solution Sales Professional, Business Development and Sales Excellence Analyst. Our customers are essentially Enterprise, Small & Medium businesses.

Solution Sales Professional – You work as a pre-sales expert for enterprise customers and you help them to leverage the potential of technologies, to get ready for the digital transformation and to empower them to achieve more. As an SSP you are an expert for one of the cloud solutions within the Microsoft product portfolio and you will be able to present the business value of this specific solution to different customer in multiple industries. Your goal is to show to the customer the value proposition and the benefits of the solution on a business level. Although you must understand the features of your solution, you don’t need to have a deep technical knowhow because you will work closely together with a technical specialist. If you are passionate about new technologies and how they can change the working environment, you are good in building relationships with customers and you are an excellent communicator (listener and presenter), you will fit well for the role as an SSP.
Sales Excellence Analyst – The Sales excellence analyst supports the sales team by planning, analyzing, and executing initiatives for building business connections using web-based capabilities. You will work closely with key stakeholders that lead and manage marketing, sales, support, and services related to functions across the company. You will develop and maintain relationships with key sales team leaders, build change programs, and drive cross-group initiatives. This role requires excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills for driving executive conversations and agreement. The successful candidate will also have strong quantitative skills in math, statistics, finance and/or economics, and well-developed data manipulation and business analysis skills. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Access, Word and PowerPoint) is essential.
Business development Intern – Business developers identify key strategic initiatives to develop and successfully execute Go to Market strategies against top competitors. As part of this role you will drive capacity planning to ensure partner readiness to increase sales and market share. We are looking for a great individual, who can think out of the box with ideas, execute on messaging, design presentations to support to customer and partner communications and support the Enterprise Partner Team.
- Pursuing a full time Bachelor’s or Master´s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing or any other business related fields.
- Education background in Engineering and IT disciplines could be an advantage, particularly for our Technical Sales roles
- Desire to build a long-term career at Microsoft in a similar function, particularly as part of our full time Microsoft Academy for College Hires (MACH) graduate program
- First practical sales experiences, e.g. in selling software solutions or hardware, preferred
- Excellent communication, presentation as well as analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong desire and business acumen for consultative solution
- Exceptional negotiation, customer service, and interpersonal skills
- Passion for technology, both consumer and enterprise
- Strong interest and/or understanding of cloud computing, Microsoft Office 365, Dynamics or devices such Xbox
- Available to start on 1st Feb 2018
- Fluent in English and Dutch
- Full work authorization to work in the Netherlands
