You are responsible for
You will be part of a very progressive Global TA team focused on Strategic Capabilities and will be specifically focused on strategic recruitment projects (e.g this could vary between High Value Targeted companies, quality of hire, building HVT Battle cards, news gathering, diversity, SWP, company research etc.) and on Talent Intelligence activities (e.g. location studies, influencing buy vs build strategy, M&A recommendations). You must be advanced in PowerPoint presentations, excel and (digital) research.
You are a part of:
You will be part of the Global Strategic Capabilities & Talent Intelligence team. You will report into the Global Strategic Sourcing (HVT) lead regarding Strategic recruitment projects as well as the Head of Talent intelligence regarding Talent intelligence assignments.
