You are responsible for
Support of multiple initiatives simultaneously, with activities ranging from jointly drawing up a plan to the actual implementation of an initiative. A sample of potential assignments:
- Project based activities to select and implement learning solutions to engage our people and develop future proof competencies. This will help us to create the best place to work!
- (Define the WoW to) measure and report out on key HR metrics. This will help us to focus on what matters most!
- Teaming up with management to drive the follow-up of People Performance Management, intended to guide and coach managers and employees to improve their added value to the business. This will help us to nurture the right people to be successful!
Other than specific assignments we expect you to be willing to provide generic support the HR team on the High Tech Campus, when required and possible
- You will be part of the HR Managers team for Philips Design on the High Tech Campus in Eindhoven.
- The HR team is partnering with their clients on organization and people agendas. We support management teams in the development of their organization design, organizational capabilities, talent and culture initiatives.
- You will closely work with some of the HR Managers and the teams supporting the implementation of local HR initiatives / projects.
- You will interact with different parts of the organization and the HR function

- Currently studying towards your University Master in Sciences WO (Msc.)or Bachelor Degree with next qualification(s): (International) Business Management or Human Resources
- You need to feel comfortable supporting multiple initiatives simultaneously, with activities ranging from defining a plan to implementation of an initiative.
- An assertive and independent person who is able to work with high standards of integrity
- Someone who has profound analytical skills and advanced Excel skills
- Fluency in English is required – oral and written
