Job Description

In this role, you have the opportunity to:

Help Philips build a formidable online presence by building robust online portals, launching these portals in countries around the world and optimizing customer experience.

At Philips, in our e-commerce journey to reach out directly to our customers, we have recently migrated our online portals to a new platform. In the context of this business transformation, we are now focusing on fine-tuning the existing shops and launching new shops. It is an exciting time to be at Philips and be a part of this exciting project.

You are responsible for

  • Helping in quality assurance processes during major releases
  • Setting up major campaigns for various countries
  • Providing support for online store rollouts
  • Helping in production support activities
  • Contribution to new feature development by collaborating with product owners
You are a part of

The central e-commerce team within the Brand, Communication and Digital Department. This team is responsible for building, running and maintaining the e-commerce platform.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
  • Studying at University level towards a bachelor’s or master’s degree
  • Some understanding of information systems
  • Some understand of e-commerce
  • Sense of ownership
  • Fluent in written and spoken English
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritize work activities and adjust to a dynamic environment
