In this role, you have the opportunity to
Get involved in the daily challenges in our Central Operations Office (COO) to drive Functional Excellence across the entire Integrated Supply Chain. In the day to day collaboration the interns will support the Program Management Office (PMO) activities to manage the strategic Integrated Supply Chain Excellence (ISC) Roadmap 2019 and interact with the global ISC leadership teams.

You are responsible for

  • Support COO office daily operation
  • Facilitate executive leadership meetings and strategic events
  • Contribute to operational excellence in terms of template, practice, communication materials
  • Leverage digital and community for better leadership engagement

You are a part of
COO Office functional Excellence Team

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

  • Bachelor degree with a background in Supply Chain, Procurement, Manufacturing, Engineering, and/or Finance. Master degree or above is a plus.
  • Structured and strategic thinking, with organizational skills to plan, track and manage project planning
  • Excellent communication skills to align with stakeholders on project status
  • Analytical skills to analyze complex data in EXCEL and ACCESS and create meaningful reports Good at MS Power Point to generate high standard presentation
  • Experience in working with SharePoint, Microsoft teams or any other online collaboration tools
