In this role, you have the opportunity to
Support the Head of Campus EMEA with the E2E recruitment process, learn Project Management best practices and be the responsible for communications among Campus, HR and Hiring Managers in EMEA.
You are responsible for
The intern is responsible for supporting Campus activities in EMEA. This includes:
- job posting, screening candidates, scheduling candidate interviews and further recruiting administration for the Head of Campus EMEA.
- 2 projects: Aligning all HR portal communication about Campus in EMEA and aligning all Campus HM communication.
You are a part of
You will be part of the EMEA Campus team, supporting the Head of Campus EMEA. This team is diverse, energetic and always eager to support each other with the aim of recruiting new fresh talents into the organization.
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
- preferred master student at university
- customer focused and solution driven
- organized, independent as not all stakeholders and business partners are physically located at the same office
- awareness of cultural differences
- experience with writing online text
- recruitment experience is helpful but not required
- technology savvy as we work with Workday, LinkedIn, Avature, multiple job portals
- Available for at least 6 months starting asap
