Internship: Change Management and Communication support (Non Thesis)
Job Description
Duration: 6-12 months, 40 hours a week

In this role, you have the opportunity to
Participate as a junior resource in a global program called Philips Knowledge Management, which aims to establish a standardized Knowledge Management capability.
You are responsible for
· Changing management activities (stakeholder mapping, change impact assessment, change adoption survey, change management reporting)
· Creating and activating program communication as part of the overall communication plan to drive program change management. (Leveraging on agreed communication channels and tools email, internal social channels, webcast, newsletters etc.)
· Supporting in briefing communication agencies and other third party vendors
· Setting up dashboards to track and report on change and communication metrics
· Supporting the organization and coordination of team building and program events.
· Maintaining change and communication database and platforms (intranet, share point, etc.)
You are a part of
The Philips Knowledge Management team, reporting into the Change Lead. You will belong to an international team responsible of change and deployment and interacting with extensive stakeholders from different parts of the company.
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
· A student currently studying towards a master degree in: Marketing, Communication Management or Economics, with an interest in transformational projects in behavioral change and capability building.
· High creative profile, being able to draft and detail out, based on incomplete information. ‘Think out-of-the-box’ mindset.
· Able to work independently and proactively in a virtual team
· Analytical & strategic thinking, conceptually strong and able to translate it into specific actions
· Fluent in English
· Solid knowledge of the Microsoft office package.
