Job description

In this role, you have the opportunity to

support the teams in the Philips Consumer Care organization getting everyday insights in Voice of Consumer regarding their experience in order to drive improvements

You are responsible for

  • Supporting the Customer Pulse Product Owner in managing the E2E Customer Pulse satisfaction measurement
  • Setting up and maintaining the survey process documentation
  • Proposing and working on improvements in the process and/or reporting
  • Informing stakeholders in markets/global Care team and Contact Center Operations on important updates and issues in the program
  • Organizing Customer Pulse update & best practice sharing sessions with/for the countries
  • Supporting ad hoc analysis and deep dives on global and market level
  • Managing further roll out of the Customer Pulse program

The Philips Personal Health Consumer Care team based in Amsterdam and Eindhoven. The team in Amsterdam exist of approx. 15 FTE working in the consumer experience management team and Business G

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
  • Studying towards your Bachelor or Master in International Management/Marketing/Statistics
  • Team player, able to work independent, affinity with market research and data
  • Hands-on and pragmatical way of working
  • Good knowledge of excel and knowledge of Qualtrics is preferred
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills
  • Fluent (oral/written) in English and in any other language is preferred
  • Available as soon as possible
