Support the Global digital campaign managers in all its aspects with a focus on social media, CRM, web and analytics. You will learn how digital can be used to drive consumers to their purchase through analyzing and online touchpoints follow through your work, develop your listening and analytic skills, and finally have a hands-on mentality.
Your responsibilities
The intern will support the Global Digital marketing DA function with the:
- Communication between the BG DA and the markets (Marketing Manager & Digital teams) and on an operational level via SharePoint and Sprinklr.
- Maintenance of our Facebook page regarding
- Content creation
- Content distribution
- Analytics
- Support in the creation digital CDJ’s for global campaigns
- Support with localization of Digital CDJ’s
- Updating PAL with the correct keywords
- Upload digital campaign assets to PAL with the correct keywords
- Streamline internal communication around Digital Marketing
- Collect best practices (to share & re-apply in other markets)
You will be part of Philips Personal Health in the Domestic Appliances Business Group. Business Group DA manages creation, development and market introduction of products and propositions globally. Our products are in the areas of Kitchen Appliances, Garment Care, Floor Care and Air.
Within Business Group DA, the intern will be part of the Global Marketing Team to support the Global Digital campaign managers
Internship of minimum 6 months (ideally 12 months) on operational Downstream Marketing Project management, the goal is to support the Global Digital Marketing team. After this internship the intern will have a clear idea about what Digital Marketing is at Philips Personal Health what it can bring to a company and why it is part of the Management agenda.
Thesis can be discussed and included.
- Students on work placement or final-year study assignment are paid a work placement or final-year study assignment allowance.
- A student on a work placement or final-year study assignment is paid an allowance towards rented accommodation, depending on his/her situation. This will be determined setting up the Intern Contract.
- A student on work placement or final-year study assignment who can prove that he/she is not entitled to a student card for public transport (OV-studentenkaart) is paid an allowance to cover the cost of travel between home and the place of work in accordance with the Conditions of Employment Guideline.
- The student is entitled to paid leave on the basis of 1 day per month.

Students currently studying towards their (final-year) Bachelor of Science/Master of Science in one of the following fields.
- Marketing
- (International) Business Administration
- Strategic Management
- Econometrics
Furthermore our ideal candidate is:
- Pragmatic with a strong affinity with Digital marketing and Social Media Marketing
- Creative, able to think “out of the box” and problem solver
- Has great qualities for project & time management involving stakeholders with different cultural background and expertise
