For this internship assignment we are looking for a driven, hands-on and enthusiastic candidate to support the Global Events Team within the Philips Brand, Communications and Digital (BCD) department. We need someone who is passionate about events and has a flexible, marketing and customer oriented attitude
You are responsible for
- Assist with maintaining Philips Live!, which enables internal users to organize Philips own branded events and customer experiences easily. You will act as the events desk interface, launching and supporting the new tools and infrastructure that will help the markets and businesses structure and promote their event, acquire and register customers, track attendance and measure ROI.
- Develop, maintain and deploy internal tools such as events internal website page, events asset library.
- Work closely with event managers in order to collect, store and organize all up to date digital assets from past events.
- Source and manage promotional items for key marketing initiatives. Build, maintain and train staff on the internal marketing tools such as the new marketing store, and on line digital asset inventory.
- Monitor functional email accounts and distribute emails to the appropriate team members.
- Set up lead capture surveys
- Maintain ARIS process documents
- Create and track purchase orders
You will be part of the Global Events team within the Philips Brand, Communications and Digital (BCD) department.
- Bachelor or Master student in Marketing, Communications, Business, Operations, Event Planning and Customer Experiences
- Self-starter, organizational talent, creativity and project management skills are a must-have
- Skilled in MS Office (Excel, Word, Power Point)
- Hands-on and operational way of working
- Confident in working in a fast paced environment
- Multitasking activities and fast learning
- Team worker
- Excellent command of written and verbal English
- Available as per 1st of June for at least 6 months, but preferably 1 year
A great learning opportunity within the Global Events Team in Best. We will provide you with a supervisor and a buddy who will guide you for the whole duration of the internship. You will also receive a montly remuneration, which is market conform.
