In this role, you have the opportunity to

become part of an innovative team at the forefront of applying innovative technologies and algorithms on financial data to create tangible business value for Philips.

You are responsible for

Several Projects such as:

  • Support an advanced analytics project applying data engineering, statistics & machine learning on financial data
  • Support long term strategic planning process by developing & deploying structured templates/tools to be used by the FP&A team for the 2018 Strategic Plan & 2019 Budget.

Several Operational processes such as:

  • Lead execution of communication plan to inform & engage broader FP&A team about analytics initiatives & results using various channels like social media, vlogs & webcasts
  • Lead knowledge management practice to enable team to document & share best practices
You are a part of

the Advanced Reporting & Analytics team that is tasked with developing innovative reporting & analytics solutions using latest technology and algorithms, working closely with the broader FP&A team and business stakeholders.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
  • Bachelor or Master degree in a quantitative field where the research/quantitative methods have direct applicability to business performance (e.g., economics, applied statistics, data science, computational neuroscience, operations research)
  • Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Financial / Accounting knowledge
  • Tech savvy, quick learner
  • Able to work with remote of cross-functional teams.
  • You are a team player with ability to work under pressure.
  • Available as soon as possible
