In this role, you have the opportunity to

Work hand in hand with our marketing and portfolio managers to support the fast growth of our business. You will gather market & consumer insights to support new proposition definitions and to create communication materials to show our proposition superiority in the market. You will experience the product and marketing development cycle in a fun and professional international team environment.

You are responsible for
  • Supporting the Floor Care new business development Team: Robotics and Rechargeable sticks in the creation of product and portfolio & communication materials.
  • Contributing to market analysis, consumer research and activities related to the proposition development cycle.
  • Developing training kits training kits, internal product catalogs, product packaging and product communication materials.
  • Working with external agency.
  • Tracking competitors’ communication activities.
  • Supporting the preparation of internal and external product presentation events, and developing content for online and offline product communication.
You are a part of

The Global Floor Care team, within Domestic Appliances in the Philips headquarters.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
  • Currently studying towards your Master of science WO (Bsc./Msc.)
  • Good communication skills; interest in Marketing & Communication, Proposition Development, Project management
  • Quick learner with hands-on attitude. Able to work independently
  • Can do mentality, eager to learn, structured, team player
  • Good knowledge in English
