Do you want to become a specialist in HR processes and solutions in a challenging international environment?
Expand your Human Resources knowledge and learn more about Philips’ HR business processes and its main HR tool (Workday). The assignment ranges from support in communication & training activities, to support in new functionality/releases of HR Solutions (Workday)
- Providing administrative services in scope of the global HR Information Systems (HRIS) domain
- Coordinating and executing of communication & training activities
- Supporting new functionality/releases of HR Solutions (Workday)
- Co-designing and implementing maintenance processes in the HRIS domain
- Participating in continuous improvement (change) projects in domains
- Working according to defined standards and policies
This role is in the HRIS Solution Specialists team which is part of the HR Operations organization (Integrated People Services) of Philips and is responsible for the delivery of high quality, timely, cost effective, common and standardized people services to the business. A team of about 325 HR professionals is delivering HR Services to Philips employees and managers at all stages of the career cycle. Most of our HR Operations employees are employed in one of our 3 regional shared service centers across the world. You will report to the Team Lead Solution Specialists.
Currently studying towards your Bachelor/Masters in one of the following fields;
- Human Resource Studies
- Organizational Studies
- Business Administration with a HR specialization
Other relatable studies could be considered
- Analytical and problems solving skills
- Strong customer orientation and an excellent team player
- Affinity with IT systems
- Strong interpersonal skills and high level of verbal and written communication
- Change agent with good facilitating and project management skills, with a ‘can-do’ mentality
- Advanced knowledge of key MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint)
- Good cultural awareness and ability to work with individuals from different cultural backgrounds
- A position starting ASAP for the duration of anywhere between 6-12 months.
