In this role, you have the opportunity to
Gain valuable experiences and insights while driving and delivering key projects in the areas of Human Resource Management. You will gain insights in how we at Philips drive change in shaping the Workforce of the Future, creating an Inclusive & Diverse culture and enhancing Performance by supporting our employees in owning and driving their career within our organization.

You are responsible for

  • Working closely with the Management Team & Global HR department to analyze HR data and derive meaningful reporting and insights, which can support talent & performance decisions.
  • Support Human Resource Business Partners in the execution of daily activities.
  • Provide support on analysis & dashboard creation of HR KPI’s for a proactive management of our People Agenda in the business.
  • Help set up & monitor HR related projects related to topics such as leadership programs, culture activation, team collaboration and engagement initiatives and learning & development offering.
  • Support in the implementation of change initiatives.
  • Lead creation, monitoring & support in engaging HR communication in the Business Groups

You are a part of
The Human Resource team within the Mother & Childcare Business and other Personal Health Business. You will experience an inclusive & diverse working environment where agility, business alignment and team collaboration are key.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

  • Currently studying towards your University Master of Science (Msc.) in: International Business Management, Human Resource Management, Work and Organizational Psychology
  • Experienced in Microsoft Office (Powerpoint, Excel, Word)
  • Strong communicator with an hands-on attitude and proactive mindset
  • Willing to learn and enthusiastic
  • Flexible and determined
  • Fluency in English, both oral and written
  • Previous project management experiences is a plus
  • R, SPSS ore similar are a plus
