Internship: Global Procurement Processes and Systems (Non Thesis)

In this role, you have the opportunity to

Support our Market to Order Program in Procurement Governance by playing a key role in deploying and improving our Contract Management and E-sourcing processes for the Procurement Service and Solution business on a global level. You will play a leading role in various project management related activities, and will be asked to set-up a Knowledge Management platform based on tools and channels that Philips will have available for you.

You are responsible for

  • Aligning internally and externally with key stakeholders on project progress, data content and actively coordinate their involvement.
  • Manage communication to Philips Stakeholders and third vendors regarding EU MDR (Medical Device Regulation) program.
  • Develop a methodology (data sheet) how to track progress on Contract Compliancy and follow-up on progress.
  • Support in hosting a Change Control Board by collecting and analyzing input of front.
  • Run a Market Maturity Assessment: collect and evaluate results and built up a knowledge management platform.
You are a part of

The Global Procurement Governance department based in Eindhoven. You will be working in the Source to Purchase Order team. Your stakeholders are Market Procurement Managers, Commodity Managers, Business Partners and 3rd party specialists or are located around the globe. In general, you will work closely with the Business Process expert.

You will be working at our High Tech Campus in Eindhoven.
