Be part of multiple HR initiatives within Philips, geared towards building a highly engaged workforce of the future while fostering a culture of performance, diversity and inclusiveness.
- Support of multiple initiatives simultaneously, with activities ranging from jointly drawing up a plan to the actual implementation of an initiative. A sample of potential assignments:
- Measure, report out, analyze and follow up on key HR metrics with regards our HR strategy
- Teaming up with management to drive Performance & Talent management, such as Talent Reviews, Succession Planning and Development & Career coaching.
- Participate in several HR related projects on business and market level.
The HR Innovation & Strategy team consisting of 7 HR Managers working together with the the Philips Innovation Services HR team on the High Tech Campus in Eindhoven. From the start, you will be actively involved and attending regular meetings, interacting with different parts of the organization and the HR function within an international & multi – cultural environment.
- Currently studying towards your Bachelor or Master in the area of HR, Organizational Psychology, Organizational Studies or Business related studies
- Curious and energetic by nature
- Ability to organize and prioritize different projects running simultaneously
- Assertive and independent, able to work with high standards of integrity
- Profound analytical skills and advanced Excel skills
- Fluency in Dutch and English is required – oral and written
