In this role, you have the opportunity to
Support and execute projects as a junior project manager. You will work in close partnership with professionals from both HR Rewards and Labour Relations on initiatives with a real impact. You will be given the chance to learn and develop within a variety of HR topics in a dynamic environment. You will be the linking pin between the Head of HR and project manager by having the overview of all projects and reporting the status updates.
- Participating in projects that enable the successful execution of our HR strategy
- Supporting Labour Relations and Rewards professionals in the execution of a project related to future workforce conditions
- Reporting status updates of all HR project to the Head of HR Benelux
- Executing lean in the projects in order to standardize HR processes
- Providing HR professionals with relevant information and support
- Working on ad-hoc tasks based on your interests and the organization needs
You will be part of a team of HR professionals from the Benelux, consisting of the Head of HR Benelux, HR cluster managers, HR managers and HR project managers, Rewards and Labour Relations professionals. All HR professionals work on different topics towards in order to execute the HR strategy.
- Bachelor/master degree student within HR, Employment Law, Organizational Psychology, Organization Studies, Business Administration or other related education.
- Being able to work independently
- Experience with and interest in data analytics and Excel
- Fluency in Dutch and English
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proactive towards problem solving
- Effective communication skills
- Experience from other internships, board-years or studying abroad is a benefit.
