Are you looking for an internship where you can learn about the broad variety of Human Resources Management? We are looking for you who can support the implementation of people, culture and employees and management engagement initiatives. That will be your challenge during your internship

You are responsible for

  • Support the Human Resource Business Partner in the execution of standard activities.
  • Help set up & monitor HR-related projects related to topics such as Leadership development programs, culture building and engagement initiatives, and learning & development offerings. 
  • Support in the implementation of change initiatives.
  • Working closely with the MT & HR department to analyze HR data (via Workday) and derive meaningful reporting and analysis with recommendations, supporting topics such as talent management
  • Key contact person for H&W Coaching Program.
You are a part of

The HRM intern will be part of the Philips Health and Wellness Team, a fast-paced business group within the Philips Personal Health cluster and also the carrier of two of Philips largest and exciting sub brands; Philips Sonicare and Philips Avent

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
  • Currently studying towards your University Master in Sciences WO (Msc.)or Bachelor Degree with next qualification(s):

o (International) Business Management

o Human Resources

  • Being fluent in oral and written English
  • Are enthusiastic, willing to learn
  • Experience in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
  • Have previous project management experiences (preferred)
