Job Description
In this role, you have the opportunity to get a clear understanding of IT contribution in managing the primary processes for any organization.
You are responsible for:
•Providing hands-on support to the IT GBS team supporting Transition / Hub Readiness activities (mainly project management/access management.)
•Ability to independently or with some support create current and future Value Stream Maps to improve internal process efficiency.
•Outside the box thinking to solve existing process bottlenecks.
•Courageous enough to pitch change proposals.
The IT GBS team located in Amsterdam the Netherlands.
• In the last year of your Bachelor or Master in a relevant study: Business, Organization or Management
• You have affinity with technology / information technology and an understanding of IT related processes
• You are pro-active, an open communicator, accurate, a fast learner and eager to learn. It is no problem for you to engage with a high number of colleagues and to work independently.
• Your English is at a professional level.
• You have affinity to Lean and/or Operational Process Excellence.
Experience and insight of a multinational that is in transition from a traditional product manufacturer to a high technology company in the health continuum. An environment with huge level of complexity and dependency on state of the art information technology.
