Job Description
In this role, you have the opportunity to
Support asset producers in their daily tasks, managing and overseeing the Asset Library, preparing for a video/photo shoot, coordinating with the consumer marketing managers & countries and processing product information in the Philips content databases. Your role is within the Asset team and you are expected to take the ownership of the projects, from start to finish, assigned.
You are responsible for
- Work with the online content managers to gather, structure and deliver all product related content
- On time and on quality support within projects assigned [to be agreed in the first 2 weeks of the internship]
- Liaising with Product and Marketing managers, country organization and agencies as and when required to align needs
- Updating, overseeing and creating a clear structure of all created assets on PAL (Philips Asset Library)
- Process and update product information and images in content management systems
The Asset creation and production team within Global marketing function. The team consists of online content managers, creative producers and packaging project managers and is part of the Central Marketing Team of BG Domestic Appliances.
You will be working at our head office in Amsterdam.
- You are currently studying towards your Bachelor/Master degree in: Business Administration, (International) Business Management, Marketing, or Communications
- Preferably experience with content management systems.
- Fluent in English both oral an written
- Word, excel, ppt
- Accuracy; able to perform repetitive tasks on quality
- Ability to work with deadlines;
- Ability to maintain quality over speed
Great experience and exposure to global marketing within a multicultural environment. You will build up knowledge of content management, hands on experience in supporting asset production and distribution.
- It can be discussed, depending on the topic, to make this assignment suitable to perform your graduation/thesis, in which we expect 4 days working on the project and 1 day working on your graduation/thesis
- Duration: 5 – 8 Months
- We prefer students able to start as soon as possible, not later than August/September 2018
