Are you the driving force within our project management office (PMO)? The PMO is supporting the teams within the Philips University by ensuring our learning projects are being delivered in scope, time, budget and according to project management standards.

During the internship, you have the opportunity to support our ambition to deliver our impactful learning solutions in time, budget and scope based on the learning needs of our partners in the markets, business groups, functions and leadership. Further, you have the opportunity to continuously improve the Philips University towards a well-established partner in learning and development across the entire company.

You are responsible for

  • Supporting the Philips University PMO team in terms of: project planning, stakeholder management, risk management, communication etc.
  • Be a dedicated support to appointed teams and learning consultants to help them ensuring best project management practices are being implemented
  • Support reporting activities
  • Support data handling and analysis
  • Advising learning consultants and managers on risks and their mitigation
  • Co-lead projects with our project managers from an end-to-end perspective 
  • Collaborate with other departments in Philips University to ensure that training delivery is properly executed
