Internship: PMO at the Ultrasound capabilities team
In this role, you have the opportunity to:
Drive optimal execution of learning projects within one of the leading health tech companies in the world.
You are responsible for
- Supporting the different team members of the capabilities team. As part of the capabilities team, you will be the right hand of project manager for bigger projects such as the New Product Introduction (NPI) training events that we will organize in Q2 2018. In addition, you will become responsible for smaller projects in terms of: project planning & execution, stakeholder management, risk management, communication etc.;
- Conducting reporting activities;
- Executing internal communication;
- Co-Implementing best project management practices within the capabilities and the wider M2O team.
You will be working in the Ultrasound M2O capabilities team located in Amsterdam and report into the project manager. Our team supports the Ultrasound sales organization in all Markets within Philips. As an intern you are a full member of our team, we expect you to take up responsible tasks (assisted by the project manager where required). On a weekly basis, we will organize coaching sessions, focused on your learning and development.
- Bachelor or Master degree (international study preferred) in Business Administration, Communications, Human Resources, Change Management, Learning & Development or related studies;
- Fluent in English (open for international students);
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Pragmatic can do mind-set and a passion for learning and healthcare;
- Project management work-experience preferred.
- Proficient knowledge of the Microsoft Office package (Power Point, Excel, Word).

- Firsthand experience in project management in global Learning & Development environments;
- A broad network of professionals from various backgrounds in a corporate environment;

- Graduation thesis projects can be discussed;
- Minimum duration of 5 months;
- The candidate can start as soon as possible (latest on 1st of March 2018);
- The student is entitled to paid leave based on 1 day per month;
- During the internship, you will work 4 days per week for Philips and you will have 1 day to work on your thesis;
