Philips procurement is undergoing a transformation to accelerate growth and improve performance. The communication team’s aim is to communicate this change internally and to the suppliers. For this important challenge, we are looking for a student that can stand their ground and support the Communications team in any situation.
You are responsible for
- Help implement communications strategies
- Assist in maintaining web content on SharePoint
- Update databases
- Facilitate effective internal communications
- Participate in organizing the Global Supplier Day
- Participate in organizing the Procurement Leadership Drive
You will be part of the Philips Procurement Communications team and work closely together with other members of the Procurement Governance team. You will be located at our High tech Campus in Eindhoven.
In some occasions, it is required to travel to our Head Office in Amsterdam.
To be successful in this internship we are looking for:
Students currently studying towards your Bachelor or Master specializing in:
- Communications
- Business Administration
In addition, we are looking for someone with the following competences:
- Excellent command of both written and spoken English
- Ability to manage and organize both your own work as well as projects
- Able to work independently and with others
- Creative and flexible
- Good communications skills (verbal and writing)
- Working knowledge of MS Office
- Knowledge of MS SharePoint is an advantage
- This is an Non-thesis internship assignment
- Duration: 5-6 Months. We do prefer students able to run a 6 months assignment.
- We prefer student able to start as soon as possible, but no later than August/September 2018
