Internship: Reimbursement of advanced imaging during interventions (Suitable for Thesis)

Job description

In this role, you have the opportunity to

Improve the lives of many patients by making sure they get the optimal treatment.

You are responsible for

  • Selecting a number of key solutions which present reimbursement opportunities
  • Dive into the reimbursement structure for our key markets through databases, interviews, literature and guidelines or define a reimbursement strategy if reimbursement is currently not available
  • Support communication to our key markets and physicians and administrators
  • Guide and structure reimbursement process for existing and new solutions
  • Proper reporting and presenting of your findings

A close collaboration between the Clinical Science, Business Development & Marketing departments within Image Guided Therapy Systems. Image Guided Therapy Systems is the world leading business unit providing image guided therapy solutions in a broad spectrum of interventions (cardiology, vascular, oncology) and minimal invasive surgeries (orthopedics, thoracic). The departments collaborate cross functionally to provide world class solutions for patients, physicians and hospital administrators

You will be based at our manufacturing plant in Best, nearby Eindhoven.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
  • Studying towards your University Bachelor or Masters in Sciences level in: Business, Marketing, Health Economics, Health Policy or relevant other education.
  • Experience with office tools, databases  and literature search
  • Affinity with healthcare and marketing
  • Independent, curious, getting things done mentality and driven personality
  • Fluent in English
