Job Description

In this role, you have the opportunity to play a role in an initiative that is strongly linked to our mission of improving people’s lives while delivering on our business commitments.

You are responsible for

  • Collaborating with improvement teams on Businesses and markets to reduce DEFOA
  • Applying project management methodology, best practices and standards
  • Monitors the competing constraints of scope, schedule, budget, quality, resources and risk
  • Harmonizing project reporting across all BIU/Market/Functional teams involved in DEFOA by providing templates, training and access to information
  • Coordinating communication across projects
  • Providing PMO lead and Program Management with regular performance status, variances to plan and identification of areas for corrective actions
  • Coordinating communication across projects
  • Monitors compliance to project management standards, policies, procedures and templates
You are a part of

Health systems Commercial Supply Chain organization responsible for exceeding order fulfillment expectations, enabling the delivery of the health continuum to our customers and consumers, as well as driving operational excellence.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

  • Bachelor / Masters Degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Project Management or Business Administration
  • Preferable with experience in a multinational company/environment
  • Knowledge of project management methods (e.g. PMBOK)
  • Strong Excel skills (E.g use of MS  pivot tables, slicers, visual basic)
  • Strong stakeholder management, project management and communication skills
  • Fluent in English
  • Self-driven, Eager to learn and to challenge status quo
  • Available as soon as possible
