Job Description

In this role, you have the opportunity to get a clear understanding of IT contribution in managing the primary processes for any organization.

You are responsible for:

•Provide hands-on support to the GBS team supporting IT Transition / Hub Readiness activities (mainly project management/ PMO.)

•Ability to independently or with some support create current and future Value Stream Maps

•Outside the box thinking to solve existing issues

•Courageous enough to pitch change proposals

You are a part of

The IT GBS Global Service team located in the Netherlands.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

• In the last year of your Bachelor or Master in a relevant study: Business

• You are having affinity with technology / information technology and an understanding of IT related processes

• You are pro-active, an open communicator, accurate, a fast learner and eager to learn. It is no problem for you to engage with a high number of colleagues or to work independently.

• Your English is at a professional level.

• You have affinity to Lean and/or Operational Excellence.
