Your Job
Your job as the Talent Strategy intern is to support our “Truly Human” movement. Truly Human is a cultural change focusing on wellbeing, inclusion and purpose. Accenture ambitions to be the most truly human organization in the digital age. You will be responsible for organizing workshops and events on the topics of body, mind and heart. Your core tasks will be coordinating and optimizing our vitality program called ‘Truly Energized’; supporting and improving employee wellbeing and vitality. Also, we are constantly looking for an optimization of our I&D policy and initiatives for the company and our culture. At Accenture Netherlands, I&D plays an important role in employee engagement and creating an inclusive culture at the workplace. We achieve this by examining, enhancing and maintaining the satisfaction of our employees. You will be actively involved in our I&D policies and the activities around it.
You are part of the Talent Strategy team at Accenture Netherlands. You will work within this motivated and energetic team and use your flexible mindset to cooperate while simultaneously taking on your own responsibilities. Moreover, there is an opportunity to explore and take on initiatives within the team that fit your personal interests and strengths.

As driven individuals within the corporate functions department we do whatever it takes to ensure Accenture’s success – every day. This department bundles together specialists from HR, Finance, Marketing + Communications, Legal and IT services to support our thriving consultants.
Your role entails being the internal consultant within our consultancy bureau: Based on your expertise, you will advise and help guide, support and improve our means of business. Through modern tools, innovative practices and your expertise we take a different approach to modern-day obstacles – resulting in the new optimal outcomes.

- You are a Bachelor or Master student from a Dutch university studying Business Administration, HR or another related study.
- You are fluent in Dutch and English;
- You have an affinity for professional and/or personal development and are motivated to work on topics related to (mental) well-being, mindfulness, inclusion, and purpose;
- Extra-curricular activities (e.g. board and/or international experience);
- Strong communicative skills;
- you have experience in project management, organizing events or workshops;
