Your responsibilities

· One of our main activities is to participate in tenders. A tender process requires a lot of effort to gather information related to our company; from financials to sustainability from logistics to human resources. We need support to bring existing information together in a file so that when we go through a tender process, we can find requested information easily.
· Our role is to grow with our existing customers but also to acquire new customers. In order to do this, we need to keep a good eye on the market and make sure we are aware about new entrants, new initiatives of our existing clients or the ones that are already our target list. We therefore need to have a good desk top research on the retail segment.
The deliverables will be:
· A better organized, easy to navigate, easy to maintain, updated intranet site
· A file that includes all the information we need to use during tenders
· A solid desktop research on key accounts in retail segment
