Joining a project team to work on the implementation of a new HR system, Workday. Learning about project management. Coordinating and assisting testing activities with different business partners within the HR community. Being part of a global team who works together in achieving high results goals within tight deadlines. Joining a team who likes to have challenges and fun!

Your responsibilities

Assist the Customer Acceptance Manager in testing activities with business end users.
Main activities/tasks:
-       Plan and organize testing workshops
-       Plan and prepare training for testers
-       Develop business test scripts
-       Support in solving issues
-       Assist testers during testing workshops
-       Administrative support in testing activities

Your team

You will be part of the HR Digital program, a multi-year global HR program, with the goal to improve our current HR processes and systems to meet the growing demand for an easier user-experience, more precise people data and integrated, end to end Talent Management processes. The HR Digital Program Team implements the new Global Philips HR system that empowers users with a modern user interface, more precise people data and integrated talent processes in order to enable our HR vision and serve our clients in the most optimal way. The program will be implemented across the globe, to over 70 countries, in multiple languages.

Our offer

This internship will give the opportunity to learn more about the activities and the challenges of a project team working on a global system implementation, as well as working closely with different business partners in the HR Department in several countries.
·         This internship is suitable for a graduation thesis
·         In case of an HBO study, it can be discussed to make this assignment suitable as an Shared Internship
·         Duration: 6 months
·         We prefer students able to start as soon as possible, not later than October 2014

Internship conditions:
·         Students on work placement or final-year study assignment are paid a work placement or final-year study assignment allowance.
·         A student on a work placement or final-year study assignment is paid an allowance towards rented accommodation, depending on his/her situation. This will be determined setting up the Intern

Contract.
·         A student on work placement or final-year study assignment who can prove that he/she is not entitled to a student card for public transport (OV-studentenkaart) is paid an allowance to cover the cost of travel between home and the place of work in accordance with the Conditions of Employment Guideline.
·         The student is entitled to paid leave on the basis of 1 day per month.
·         Opportunity to buy Philips products with tax benefit (Philips MyShop)

We are looking for

To be successful in this internship we are looking for you: 
·         Currently studying towards your Bachelor HBO (BBA) / University Bachelor of Science/Master of science WO (Bsc./Msc.) in:
-       Human Resources
-       Business Administration
-        (International) Business Management
-       Business Informatics
-       Communications
-       Management Sciences
-       Computer Sciences – web-based applications
·         Are fluent in oral and written English
·         Have some knowledge or experience in web-based application, Project Management or HR
·         Can adapt easily to fast-paced environment
·         Can work independently and search alone for info;
·         Are eager to learn and solve issues;
·         Feel confident to work with different stakeholders
