Internship Mathematics or Computer Science
Your main responsibilities
- He/ she must be able to understand the User Stories
- Prepare of test cases(LTC and PTCs) using TMap/ ISTQB Design Techniques
- Set up and organize test data
- Execute test cases and record the test results in JIRA
- He/she should would be Involved in Both Front end (C#/.Net application) and Database (Microsoft SQL server) testing
- Should monitor the progress of his/her work and report to the Test Lead
- Prepare Test Reports
The candidate would get to work in an Agile Methodology, gain hands on experience with software testing in a complex financial platform. He/she will learn about Hedging and Financial Risk Management. The candidate will be instrumental in ensuring the Software quality of the platform that will become key in supporting the growth of the business and solidify NN Re's place in the market.
Your experience and skills
You are a student. We prefer university education in Mathematics / Computer science / computing and Financial Management.
- Independent, analytical, flexible and a good team player
- Good knowledge of and fluency in English is a must
- Experience with and knowledge of Agile / Scrum is a plus
- Knowledge of hedging platforms desirable
- Automation Tool SpecFlow(Cucumber for .Net) is desirable
- Knowledge on C#/.Net and SQL queries is desirable.
