As a Human Resources Intern you will become part of our HR Benelux team, which consist of the HR Manager, three HR Business Partners and a Graduate Recruiter. The team provides a full range of services to our employees. This hands-on internship will be for a minimum period of 6 months. Your location will be Amsterdam, The Netherlands. We are looking to fill this position on short notice. This is a great opportunity to gain work experience in a very dynamic and international company that is building on the future!
You will:
- further expand our digital HR platforms ‘One Cognizant’ and ‘People Line’. Both platforms provide a full range of HR services for our employees;
- be responsible for active presence on the digital internal platform Yammer: take the lead in posting updates, announcements and communications;
- professionalize and build on HR metrics and analytics. Bringing Business targets and HR input together;
- assist in the daily activities to support the HR cycle such as Induction, Performance Management and Account Meetings.
Requirements:
- a student working towards a Bachelor’s degree (HBO) in Human Resources; or has an interest/affinity with HR;
- a passion for social media and digital platforms;
- fluent in Dutch and English, both written and verbally;
- available at least 32hours a week (most meetings are in our Amsterdam office);
- a hands-on mentality, open communication skills and is able to work independently;
- a multi-tasker;
- pro-active and loves to get things done;
- creative;
- a great sense of humor.
