Your challenge:
This is an excellent internship opportunity for a proactive candidate who is looking to expand his/her Human Resources knowledge and learn more about Rewards. The assignment domain will be very broad, with areas of focus ranging from creating inspiring communications & training activities to deep diving into change management strategy. You will have a significant impact across a diverse group of rewards experts, HR, managers, and employees.
Our aim is to improve our current rewards processes and systems to meet the growing demand for an easier user-experience, more precise people data, and integrated & standardized compensation processes.
Your responsibilities:
- Work with the Rewards community to gather the relevant content on rewards program
- Support the creation of a global best-in-class rewards core curriculum, bringing creativity and clarity in the content for better understanding in our different stakeholders of the company
- Support deployment of the core curriculum and communication to end-users, leveraging on-demand and online solutions
- Support key global rewards projects, bringing the key rewards processes (merit increase, annual incentive, and long term incentive) into the Workday global tool by participating in the change management activities.
An internship within a multidisciplinary and dynamic team, where you have the opportunity to develop your project skills, stakeholder management, communications competencies, and HR/Rewards knowledge. On this learning journey we support and encourage you to take responsibility, act independently, and use your creativity and knowledge on the way to our mutual success.

To be successful in this internship we are looking for:
- A highly motivated student who is eager to learn about Rewards in a multinational.
- Studying towards your Master (Msc.) or Bachelor (final year) in Human Resources, Business Administration, International Business Management, Psychology, Communications or Management Sciences.
