In this role, you have the opportunity to
Support the role-out of global talent management tools and practices at a market level, by cooperating with local HR colleagues.
You are responsible for
- Preparing communication & training for local HR colleagues about talent management processes & tools
- Preparing strong dialogues on talent management progress, by providing insight through data and analytics
- Support the evaluation of career acceleration programs across markets
- Support local talent management projects, depending the demand of the markets
- Provide support to team structure by organizing team meetings, taking minutes and following up on actions.
You are a part of
A recently founded team, which is part of a Center of Expertise within Human Resources, called Integrated Talent Management. Our team is responsible for local roll-out of talent management processes and tools, and therefore works together a lot with local HR Managers and market HR BPs.
You will be located at our Head Office in Amsterdam.
- Studying towards your Master degree, in human resources, psychology, business administration or business management
- Be pro-active, be able to work independent, ad have good interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work with Microsoft Office
- Some experience with project management
- Be able to speak and write fluently in English
- Ability to work with data
