Are you an HR student with organizational skills, with a passion for Learning and do you want to gain experience within a multinational? Take this opportunity! Within Accenture Amsterdam, we are looking for an intern in the Learning & Development team. 

Job description

As an intern, you will be part of the Learning & Development team within Human Resources for Benelux. This team is responsible for the strategy and facilitation of learning opportunities for Accenture employees within these countries. Next, to that, the team is responsible for career transitions and onboarding of Accenture people.

You will cooperate fully with the team and work together with the Learning Advisors. You will get responsibility in varying projects that focus on our Learning & Development initiatives and projects. For example: 

  • Communication (plan) for learning initiatives;
  • Help to coordinate and to organize the Learning year plan;
  • Help coordinating programs around Succession Planning;
  • Responsible for coordinating and implementing the training plan around our new performance system;
  • Program assistant for the monthly Accenture introduction day; 
  • Promote and increase benefits from the Connected Learning Classroom
  • Optimize the internal trainer's pool

And of course, we are open to new initiatives in the team and encourage you to share pro-actively your ideas on Learning & Development and Transitions. 

If you want to link your graduation project to this internship, we will offer you the possibility to spend one day per week on your research project. You will have access to all knowledge and expertise available within Accenture.

Place in the organization

Corporate Functions supports and manages our organization’s activities by providing shared corporate services, such as Finance, HR and Recruitment, Legal, Procurement, Facilities & Services and Marketing & Communications. This internship is within Human Resources and specifically within the Learning & Development team. 

Basic qualifications

Are you the perfect candidate?

  • You are a Bachelor or Master student, in the final year of your graduation, preferably a specialization in the areas of Human Resources, Learning & Development or Organizational Psychology;
  • You are proactive and creative;
  • You are a team player with excellent communication skills;  
  • You are fluent in Dutch and English;  
  • You can work independently;
  • High level of motivation and drive;
  • Eagerness to learn
