Job Description
In this role, you have the opportunity to
Play a key function in the World Economic Forum (WEF) Davos project team. The WEF partnership is a dynamic one within Philips and is managed by the Global Public Affairs team. The partnership enables Philips to position itself as a technology leader in Health & Sustainability, gain new insights of relevance for future strategic directions and create new business opportunities that can lead to sales
- Aligning with all Philips Markets, Businesses and Functions to seek opportunities to grow business with government, NGOs (Non-governmental organization) and companies
- Assisting in managing the bilateral meeting process
- Keeping track and ensuring briefings for the Philips Delegation, consisting of Members of the Executive Committee, are collected and checked
- Participating drafting the personalised Briefing Books for the Philips Delegation
- Supporting the overall WEF project administration
You will support the WEF project team, consisting of senior managers from Government and Public Affairs, Communications, and Digital.
- Minimum Bachelor in Political Sciences, International Relations, Communications or related fields
- Experienced with Microsoft Office, in particular Word, PowerPoint and Excel
- Must be detail orientated and possess exceptional communication skills
- Willingness and ability to learn and grow
- High proficiency of English is require
Experience to work in international affairs from a multinational perspective.
